"Overall good, staff friendly." (108199509)

good size clean room, nice comfortable bed.

hotel is too warm and the aircon doesnt seem to work. Opened window all night but was a little noisy. breakfast was expensive for what was offered, scrambled eggs were dry, bacon cold. Stayed for 6 nights in the end, sheets on bed were not changed during the stay.

La limpieza Aislamiento acústico

Mucho calor en la habitación incluso con la calefacción apagada Habitación adaptada para minusválidos, se hacia un poco incómoda

"This was the second time I stayed at Best Western City Ost and I really ejoyed it. There is nothing bad I can say about it. The rooms were always clean with great equipment. The hotel is very easily reachable with U-bahn, only a few stations from Alexanderplatz. Excellent breakfast, very friendly staff. Great value of money. Can highly recommend!" (107372633)

"An excellent introduction to Berlin; I would love to stay there again." (107993822)

The hotel was perhaps not in the most happening part of Berlin, but its proximity to Samariterstrasse U-Bahn station made it easy to access any region of the city quickly, including the airport by way of the ring S-Bahn. The staff were extremely helpful in locating nearby restaurants for me as well as seeing to any small question or concern I had. The room was small but well arranged with a flat screen TV hung on the wall to conserve space.

None to speak of.

Excellent location easily reachable within a few minutes from Alexanderplatz, good value of money, very friendly and helpful staff, tasty breakfast with a lot of food to choose from, clean luxurious rooms... I look forward to visiting this hotel when I'm in Berlin again! I definitely recommend it to everyone.

We were of the impression that this was a 3 star hotel and were pleasantly surprised. Our experience has been very good. The buffet breakfast was excellent as well.
