"This was a weekend I was going to give my ( now fiance ) a fairy tale weekend with a visit to the Castles and just all around romance. Was a nice stay." (107699093)
Great atmosphere, Great location, Great service
Made reservations for a table with a view of Neuschwanstein castle and the table was taken by someone who just walked in and grabbed a table, we were then directed to a different table with no view ( this was the weekend I proposed to my Fiance ) Beds were too hard.

"Hi, My father came from Australia to see Europe and on arriving became very ill. As a result he didn't end up staying at the Hotel however I forgot to cancel the booking as he was so sick in hospital. I wanted to say that Helga Mueller was so understanding and kind and didn't make us pay the usual booking fee. I though this was so lovely of her, especially at this time as there were many things we couldn't do because of his illness and her kindness was really appreciated. I would certainly book here when I come over there one day in the next year!" (107129418)
