Very clean and modern hotel. Breakfast was good with a large variety.
Just the conversion from Euro to Dollar makes it quite expensive.

Very convenient place to get around Vienna by walking or subway, with good parking facilities, but reservation is needed.
Not Microwave oven.

"We loved the hotel, and are very happy to recommend it." (107857017)
The hotel staff were without exception friendly and accommodating. On two occasions we were offered champagne on arriving back in the early evening. Everything was beautifully clean, and although our room was "budget", it was a good size with comfortable beds, chairs and a table. The breakfast was exceptional: everything fresh and plentiful, with such variety that we were able to have something different every morning of our 5-day stay. The hotel is close to the 'U', which made it very convenient for both the city centre and the Sudbanhof.
The room was far too warm (about 22-24C) and the air contitioning was off, so there was no way to cool it quickly. We had to keep the windows open, which meant we were woken early each morning by domestic noises in the back courtyard. We didn't feel we had adequate control over the temperature. It would have been wonderful to have two feather pillows each (we had one only) and proper down duvets (they were foam. We longed for some music but the TV did not receive a radio signal. We would have liked to find tea-making facilities in the room. We wished smoking had been confined to one area, for example the bar. Instead, people were smoking in the foyer, corridors and lift.
