    Staff at reception and breakfast were friendly and efficient. Good location for the city and transport links.

    We had a room onto street which was a bit stuffy and needed an open window but this made it very noisy from traffic.

    Staff at this hotel are outstanding, extremely attentive and helpful. Hotel is well situated near train and bus transport and room very quiet considering it is on a main road. Breakfast was excellent and again, staff were very friendly and attentive.

    Minor, but it would have been nice to have tea/coffee making facility in room.

    "The staff at this hotel are great, the room was clean, bright and airy but I wouldn't call it a 4 star hotel as the rooms are fairly basic - but more than adequate. You can leave your bags on the day you are checking in and out and it's only a 10-15 minute work to the centre. The bus to the hotel goes from directly by the hotel." (97573441)

    Good value for money, staffs spoke perfect english, helpfull and pleasant. Good breakfeast

    a bit out of town center, 20 minutes walk to center of town.

    Near the station and clean and very helpful staff

    A few maintenance tasks were needed in the room and the breakfast was overpriced for what it was
