  Clean and nice room, friendly staff, prompt and quality services..in conclusion I enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

  Quite small variety of dishes for lunch or dinner.

  "My husband and I combined a leisure weekend with business meeting, and we chose to stay in this hotel because of a good value for money. The hotel was recently renovated so everything looks fresh and new, plus the rooms are very clean. The room and bathroom we had was not very spacious, but it was not too bad either. It seems to be that we got a single room instead of a double as we had one glass, one chair etc. However, as we spent most of our time visiting Vienna, the room was just fine and we would stay there again. Breakfast is just excellent. The staff at the reception is helpfull, although the person when we arrived didn't speak English very good so it took some time to understand each other. Overall, it is a good hotel very close to the city of Vienna and all its attractions." (107713171)

  Good location, easy use of public transport, excellent breakfast, clean rooms.

  The shower and the towel hanger were not properly fixed to the wall, so the hanger actually fell down during our stay. Majority of TV programmes were German.

  "We had an excellent welcome with a friendly staff member on reception and that set the tone for our stay. It was a handy location for central Vienna and I have no complaints about the room or breakfast. I would recommend the hotel to others." (99216905)
