    "zeer tevreden" (107703790)

    de familiekamer was heel net en ruim, het ontbijt was uitgebreid, de uitbaters waren heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

    het was héél koud buiten en daardoor was het op de kamer ook wat te koud. wij hadden een familiekamer en die was niet voorverwarmd

    Very well designed Family room (4) with balcony overlooking river and view of castle. Cafe/Bar with a balcony wonderful for a coffee or beer which was opened up especially for us on the second evening. Staff really helpful and friendly. Free internet access

    None. Reserved Parking (Locked barrier) is a short walk from the hotel but not a problem as you can unload and load baggage next to the hotel easily enough.

    Hosts were very courteous, we had a beautiful view, room was spacious for a family, beds were comfortable and clean, breakfast was delicious.

    We walked from the train station, and it was a mile walk--not bad with our small packs, but we did it on a somewhat busy road. We didn't know until our way back that a friendlier pedestrian walkway existed, but once we found it, that walk was quite lovely. Also, re. booking online, I did feel the need to confirm through email that we were getting an extra bed for our third child, so I had to search online for the hotel website to do so. (No problem once I found this email; they responded right away.)

    Very pleasant room , staircase was not a problem!Good breakfast and friendly service when asked.

    check in was not very well informed. We missed information about eating and drinking evenigs during our stay, the first evening there where not many guests!
