"I was very happy with my stay. Hotel was recently renovated and reopened. It is perhaps not as "individual" or quirky as in the past, but is still run as a small family operation. For anyone who enjoys a slightly different but still secure experience and does not expect all the amenities of a large chain, this is a good choice." (107553377)
Central location. Friendly owners. Clean comfortable room and bathroom. Internet cafe opposite and possibility to borrow a UMTS stick from owners. Individual experience.
None for me. Some people would find the fact that reception is not staffed 24 hours a problem. Others have noted noise issues, I was not bothered by this - but remember, you are in the heart of a major city!

"Cheap, clean, convenient, friendly staff" (107251398)
Clean, good size for a single room. Staff very helpful, good English.
Mattress too hard. Reception only open between 8am and 8pm, which makes it difficult for late arrival or early checkout. No breakfast available in hotel.

"Will stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting K" (107200460)
Hotel is a 'diamond in the rough' (still a bit under construction) but will soon be bigger than the Hope Diamond. Location was unbeatable -- walk to everything. Staff was great; room was spare but very functional and pleasant; wanted to take the mattress home with me!
If you have to have 24:7 service and are not into an adventure, this is probably not your place...we loved it!
