    - friendly staff, clean and spacious room - have stayed here multiple times and always had a positive experience - great location and got a very cheap rate

    - room was cold upon entry - cable tv not the greatest

    The hotel was clean and very similar to the pictures on the website. We were travelling with 2 other couples and the hotel was very accomadating of our request to have rooms close to eachother. I would definately stay at this hotel again

    One couple travelling with us had a shower that wasn't working that didn't get fixed until the following day because maintenance had left for the night but beyond that all was good

    "Hotel was adequate and a value, however the hotel could use a bit of an upgrade as paint was peeling and heaters off the wall in the main corridor. " (108384580)

    Check in was very pleasant with lots of local information

    Check out the person on staff was flustered with an express check out and we waited to check out. Not a huge deal but the last think I wanted was to hear of his bad day.

    Within easy walking distance to the Falls, Maid of the Mist and Skylon. Free parking. Nice staff.

    Hotel was quiet and clean. Beds were comfortable. Outside of the building we saw through a hotel window what appeared to be a man beating a woman. Hotel staff took immediate action to investigate and found it a false alarm. Staff thanked us for reporting it to them.

    Found the rooms to be dark, even with all the lights turned on. Pool and hot tub could have been a bit cleaner.

    Very nice staff and nicely kept up. The hotel is in "good" shape and well maintained. A very good value and an excellent area - close to all attractions and nice neighborhood.

    Some areas needed updating, but the needs were not daily maintainance or cleaning issues.

    hand and face prints all over the windows, cheerios behind one curtain and a kids stamp behind the other curtain.

    "I would rate this facility about 1- 1 1/2 star rating. I would compare other rates & lodging locations before next selection. We were recommneded to this specific location and kept our reservation even though relatives who stayed there two weeks prior suggested we switch sites. There are no "view of the falls" and should be renamed "Cityview Inn"; that is the view." (107488017)

    Convenient to falls, downtown & tourist spots. Staff friendly & helpful.

    Online maps and directions not to scale, lacked accuracy and direction; improvement greatly needed. Carpet & floors not clean in room. Insect/bugs along walls & baseboards/drapes. Lack of updated facilities & bath layout. Cafe on-site with friendly staff and very clean dining but does not open until 8 AM and short on cook staff.

    Hotel and rooms are very clean. Decor is not fancy but nice. Bed was very comfortable with no sagging mattress as with some other economy hotels/motels. Location of the hotel is great! Just a short walk to the Falls, casino, Clifton Hill attractions and many restaurants and night spots. The Dazzles restaurant in the hotel was also nice. Good food and great prices for our breakfasts!

    The guy at the front desk seemed a bit moody, maybe he had a long day. We had requested a smoking room, he said there were none available but seemed put out by having to check his computer. Not a friendly man all. The other desk clerk the next morning was very helpful in switching us to a smoking room for the second night. On the first night there were some rowdy guests yelling and talking loudly in the hallway and woke us up twice close to 3:00AM...very annoying! Also, there was no plug in the bathtub and the carpet in the second room had dark (possibly muddy) footprints leading from the front door to the far bed. Also, TV reception was very poor and we were unable to enjoy watching a movie. I understand that many hotels are now completely smoke-free, but smokers are paying customers too, we don't get a discount for having to go outside to smoke and personally I resent the descrimination!

    non-smoking room smelled like cigarette smoke. Employee at front desk sunday morning during check out was unpleasant, not very helpful, and was very negative.

    The second day of our stay at the hotel the room was not done at all . We were told that housekeeping had left for the day, so we requested at least clean towels and empty the garbage later that evening we asked for tissues since there were never any in the room, we were told that it was locked up, tv stations were all blurry except for two. The evening desk clerk also told us that the coffee was locked up. We thought that his attitude was unacceptable.

    Everyone was very friendly and cooperative. Nice room with a view. Enjoyed the pool, sauna and hot tub.

    Waited a while before being served as the service rep was taking a reservation over the phone.
