    "Très bien" (107802071)

    Hôtel agtréable. Chambre confortable. Bon petit déjeuner. Bonne situation près des transports en commun. Très facile pour se rendre au centre ville.

    bruit des trams (nous étions au 4ème étage de l'hôtel)

    "Enjoyed every minute, Prague is a real MUST to be visited." (107669468)

    Close to metro. Breakfast was to a decent standard. Good acces to internet.

    Little bit noisy early in the morning. Little restaurants in the neighbourhood.

    Room was not too "stuffy" as is often the case

    2 single quilts on double bed - can they not use double ones? Would have preferred tea/coffee making facilities in room.

    "Overall a very nice Hotel with very friendly helpfull staff nice spacious accomodation and heating works. Only downside was i found the Breakfast room uncomfortably warm to eat my breakfast in Overall though a very nice Hotel" (97698457)

    "Would highly recommend this hotel. Its about a 10 minute walk from Wen Sqr, asy to walk but far enough away from the stag parties. Hotel accommodation is first class, clean and shiny. Staff are pleased to help. We couldn't fault anything" (99702076)

    This hotel is first class. There was nothing we didn't like about it. Even the location a few metres from the metro station is ideal

    Everyone spoke good english, very nice people, great room.

    When we arrived back in the hotel after a long day of sightseeing our door was still unlocked by housekeeping. Fortunately nothing was stolen.

    Cleanliness, staff very helpful, good location and quiet

    Air conditioner would not switch off

    "I expect a hotel to be clean. The staff were very friendly and all spoke excellent English. The breakfasts were nice with fresh produce and the waitresses cleaned away items and kept the buffet full at all times." (99740512)

    Clean and in good working order, quiet with no disturbances.

    Decor was a bit dated and the bed a bit lumpy with hard single pillow. Would prefer more pillows in the cupboard.

    "Great stay, qiet and good accomodation, would recommend it to people or go back." (99809294)

    Very good value for money, good service and facilities

    Only the fact that towels were changed every day unecessarily and no control over the heating. A shame as it is lost of money for the hotel and higher environmental impact
