    Excellent position of Hotel in old town within easy walking distance of all historic sites and transport.

    First impressions walking into hotel are of a little improvement required in decorplants in serious need of watering in central 'open' area.

    Room was very clean, hotel small and personable. Breakfast was great, good coffee. Breakfast staff was friendly each morning at breakfast. Resturant located at the hotel had good food and offered a free drink to hotel guests.

    Bed was hard (very firm). First room overlooking the street was noisy, moved to inside room and noise level reduced.

    "I would stay again in this hotel if I knew I could have a quite room in back/ off the street, and I would recommend it to others but would tell them to insist on a room which is not facing the street. I think the hotel should alert travelers on their website or in reservations that rooms facing the street may be noisy, and leave the choice to the traveler. I think the hotel could help themselves and guests out by putting air conditioning and super-sound-absorbing windows just in the front rooms. I stayed in a hotel in Munich the same week as this Prague trip. THat hotel was right across the street from two noisy youth hostels but had fantastic windows which shut all the sound out. It can be done! " (108731846)

    The hotel is in a nice building in a very good location just outside the tourist- packed center of town, but within walking distance to everything. The atmosphere is very pleasant with nice use of the courtyard as a garden terrace for breakfast. Staff were all very nice / helpful/ spoke English well.

    We booked a large family suite which faced onto the street on the first (i.e. second) floor. The size of the suite was very good for our needs... but while the street itself is not heavily trafficked, the room was VERY noisy because the street acoustics made sounds of car engines and pedestrians walking by seem like they were in the room with us. Even worse, a resident in a building across the street was playing loud music non-stop one night we were there, from midnight to about 5am. This made sleep almost impossible, since closing the windows made it suffocatingly hot in the room.

    The front desk woman was quite helpful and nice, but our party felt like she was "putting on" her friendly face. She didn't seem natural in her role as a gracious host. It just gave us a weird feeling.

    Excellent and courteous service. Very clean rooms and sizeable. Great location for travel in the city. Good pick up and delivery to airport arranged by hotel. Good internet access. Charming place with character. Excellent breakfast (see note following)

    No electic fans in rooms. Very hot and had to ask for fans to be placed there. Very good breakfast but the food is not kept hot enough. This is a shame as the cuisine deserves better. Too much smoking allowed in outside part of restaurant and the smoke goes into the bedrooms when windows are open into the courtyard. This is NOT good.

    By car only one direction goes to the Hotel ,=North:Letensky tunnel+ stefanikov bridge+ revolucni. Be aware :Other Directions are not possible. Surveillance Parking is at Paladium - Revolucni but expensive +/- 25 €/day

    hotel lovely, receptionist very nice, most of the staff were nice

    went for meal on evening of our arrival and found the dining room staff to be very rude. recieved voucher for drinks with evening meal on arrival and when i went to pay for meal that evening she said i couldne use voucher as i had not told her we had it before we ordered drinks. They refused my son dessert as it was gone late and they were on display in front of him, apart from this all was great at the hotel.

    great location, wonderful restaurant downstairs, very unique and user friendly room, good rates

    internet wi-fi was a joke: only could get on in the middle of the night. Some uncerttainty about the need to reserve off-sight auto parking. (reservation was not even applicable but when I emailed about it prior to arrival, I got no reply)

    We had an adjoining room for 2 adults and 3 children which was perfect for us. Everything was clean and beds comfortable. Location was very good, and the breakfast buffet ws excellent.

    "Excellent Hotel, very helpful staff. Excellent Restaurant (La Boca) downstairs. Good location. Good range of breakfast foods although English Tea was a problem, not enough put out for guests. Quirky place, Restaurant used by locals so we knew food must be good. Value for money for all. All in all quiet location, noises only heard by the light sleepers in our family!" (97170854)

    Spacious suite, good decorative order, comfortable beds, good level of hygiene.

    Only two tea cups for four person suite, had to pay extra to tea and coffee in room. Cars driving over the cobbles outside made a distracting noise at night. Noisy boiler!

    "A nice cosy hotel in the Old Town Area. Good Location. Easily accessible by public transport. Walking distance to main tourist attractions - shopping, sight seeing and nice restaurants.
