    there is a problem with the hot water in the hotel... no internet in the room

    lovely hotel - nice staff, smile and disponibility - good breakfast and excellente room with the town-vue

    short shower but it's ok. and verry noisy neighboors

    No podria decir ningun punto positivo ya que la estancia en el hotel fue muy mala.

    La habitacion no era ninguna de las que aparecia en la pagina web del hotel y no se le parecia ni de lejos. Las sabanas estaban rotas y no nos las cambiaron en todos los dias que estuvimos alli a pesar de avisarles. Cuando tirabamos de la cisterna, salia agua por la ducha. No teniamos television ni telefono y cuando hicimos la reserva ponia que las habitaciones si que tenian. Una noche empezó a oler a gas y tuvimos que vestirnos y bajar a avisar a recepcion (por no tener telefono) y como solucion nos desconectaron la calefacción de la habitación y con las temperaturas que en estos momentos hay en Praga, tuvimos que estar con la ventana abierta esperando a que se fuera el olor. Y dormir con la incertidumbre de porque se habia escapado el gas. Todas estas reclamaciones se las fuimos diciendo a la persona de recepcion y siempre nos daba largas y nos decia que nos iba a cambiar de habitacion y no lo hizo en los 4 dias que estuvimos allí.

    Value for money. Room was very modern and clean.

    Check-In time is a bit late (2pm).

    "Very nice and clean hotel, staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful, easy to get to, and close to all the attractions in New Town and a short walk away from the old town square. We loved it there and would stay again." (108205653)

    All the rooms are unique and have different advantages

    Our bathroom was amazing with a great shower but the water did leak out into the hallway.

    Our room was great, the staff was friendly, very helpful and spoke english well. Breakfast was great and a good value.

    the reception person was very nice and efficient and the room seemed quite new and clean with nice furnishings and double-paned windows. The building seemed to be a apt. building (not all owned by the hotel), and was charming and very quiet. great location right next to the metro, and within walking distance of everything we wanted to see.

    the room was on the third floor with no elevator. the curtains did not keep the room dark in the morning.

    good location, large room, nice view of the city and castle from the room

    The bathroom light wasn't working and despite having reported it twice, it didn't get resolved. The hotel looks very old .... could do with some refurbishment. The breakfast wasn't too great either, eggs were over, breads were over, etc etc.

    The hotel was very close to the tourist area. The staff were friendly and helpful spoke English.

    I would have preferred non-smoking accommodation.

    The room was large and had a balcony, with an excellent view. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The breakfast was varied. The hotel was very centrally located.

    The shower was old and temperamental. There is a busy road outside the hotel, and so front facing rooms are potentially noisy.

    Easy to get to Metro and main tourist area. Able to use free internet.

    Breakfast was very poor. Not much choice.
