    No good points.

    Incredibly loud music into the morning prevented any chance of sleep. Totally ineffective and indifferent staff. Was told that "this happens all the time."

    Nice size bathroom - full kitchen - TV's in both bedrooms and living room.

    The bed was really uncomfortable - major slope in the middle, and it was incredibly noisy & squeaky. $15 for over night parking is a bit expensive.

    Clean, friendly staff

    Room smelled of gas or cleaning solution. Although it stated there would be a tax added to price of room, it did not show that when I booked the room online...it said, "total cost" when I put my visa in online and the tax got added once I was there. Kind of confusing.

    A very nice experience, not like a chain hotel. Great bed and pillows. Nice to have a kitchen, coffee, creamer. Front desk staff was helpful and professional. We like the location.

    Bath towels were not the best.

    Room was big and clean and location was excellent. Nice Hotel

    When i arrived they could not find the reservation i had made for 2 rooms, and later they discovered that they were for a month later--even though i booked them correctly on line. They did have rooms avaialbe, however--it was just a bit of a hassle.

    bed was the most comfortable I"ve ever slept in, the jacuzzi was a nice treat, and full kitchen was unexpected and a nice surprise.

    the room, although very clean and neat, seemed sterile because of the lack of any color at all and tiles even in the bedroom area

    The space. Two bedrooms and a fantastic kitchen. Enjoyed the popcorn too! Good location. Clean and fresh suite.

    The noise from the nightclub next door. Noise from the people above (loud footsteps and moving furniture)late at night and early morning.

    Staff was very helpful and made the guest feel welcome; would always come back and recommend the hotel

    - in the evening (until 11 pm) a little noisy (from outside) as there is a livley square in front of the hotel but adds to a special atmosphere - quite noisy in the morning on backstreet when trucks delivered to restaurants (may not be every day though?)

    There is no elevator, which was not a problem for us, but would be for others.

    Deadbolt didn't work, no remote for dvd player, sofa showing wear around edges, need better shampoo ect.,

    "Overall the property was wonderful! Perhaps it could be more clearly stated on the website that there wasn't any parking specifically for the hotel; one needs to park "nearby" in this crowded neighborhood. We toted only carry-ons so it wasn't much of a burden." (107873437)

    Location was terrific! Although the kitchen in the room was impressive, it wasn't an expense useful to us.

    Bathroom needed more lighting and shelf space for toiletries.

    "Had a great time staying here. Only downside is that you have to plan ahead to when you might like your car so that the front desk can go and get it from the lot. Great small boutique hotel. Staff are very helpful and responsive." (108289763)

    Apartment like suite was very clean, laid out well and had all of the amenities you would want in a mini suite. Never had to wonder where to eat. Hotel is surrounded by so many really good restaurants within walking distance that we only used our car for sightseeing in other parts of the city.

    Directions to the hotel were not very clear on where to go to use valet parking for the hotel. Federal Hill is a very charming area of Little Italy that is packed with lots of people and limited parking at night due to the many high quality restaurants and entertaining going on. Suite and interior of the hotel is very white. Everything from tile floors, walls, bed, bath, etc is all white. Appliances are the only thing that are stainless and black. Could of used some color to warm it up.

    Large rooms, very well equipped.

    No desk agent available when we arrived. Air conditioner in bedroom was not working properly. Paint peeling off wall in bedroom. Noisy near the dumpsters outside in the early morning.

    Very clean, very friendly staff, good value. The location was great- proximity to downtown, and also in a cute section of Little Italy. Nice amenities in room- full fridge, microwave, coffeepot and coffee

    The room itself, which was on the ground floor, had an ambience that was disconcerting overall. The all white rooms with white tile floors are somewhat institutional. The windows faced an alley, and restaurant workers from across the way were continuously outside the window, so we had to keep the curtains shut, and with no natural light, the white rooms were even more reminiscent of a hospital. They were very nice, but we didn't want to stay in the room for very long because it made us feel crazy.

    Lack of services - nowhere to get breakfast before 8am. Staff was not at desk when I initially tried to check out and no way to reach him/her.

    Very clean - all white floors, furniture, linens. None of those dark motel colors that hide the dirt. Good quality linens and furnishings. Well equipped kitchen. Dinner at their Caffe Dolce Vita was delicious and a great prix fixe deal.

    Didn't like the $15 parking fee but it is common when you stay in a city.

    Great location - not in center of city but easy walking distance. Great restaurants, bakeries, & markets all within 1 block. Friendly staff, great kitchen set up.

    The white on white motif could be toned down just a bit. Can be loud out in the alley in the AM, doesn't last long, but could be disruptive for people who like to sleep in & are on the 1st floor.

    The hotel staff were friendly and very accommodating.

    The beds in our room were in bad condition with a big dip in the middle and squeeky. The pillows, too, were hard and lumpy. The room was a bit too austere and could have used some color and warmth (rugs, throw pillows, etc.)
