"We are a family with 2 older teenagers who stayed at the Hotel Isa for 4 nights in July 2009. The hotel was perfect for us. The family room was great - exactly as described with two rooms (double & twin) with a separate, private foyer. Rome was very hot (over 35 degrees every day) and the airconditioning was very efficient and quiet. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms well appointed with high quality fittings. The hotel is about 1/2 way between the Vatican & the Piazza Navona in a quiet area, but very close to one of Rome's main shopping streets (via Cola di Renzo). There is a metro station a couple of blocks away with trains going either direction every couple of minutes, so the hotel is well located to access all Rome's sites and attractions. There is also a bus service in the street and we caught buses back from the Vatican and from the Pantheon (both No 81) We also walked to Piazza Navona & Campo di Fiori and it was not too far, even in the heat! The breakfasts were great, especially the freshly squeezed orange juice, cappucinos and omelettes made to order. There was a full selection of cereals, yoghurts, cold meats, cheeses, boiled eggs, sausages, fresh fruit, cakes and breads and even two types of champagne. The description of the hotel says that there is no parking available but they have an arrangment with the Hotel Cicerone and there is secure parking about 25 metres away for 30 euros a day which is about average for Rome. Another good point not mentioned in the hotel description was free wi-fi in all rooms and a free internet station in the hotel foyer. " (107705704)
