  "Als de minpunten opgelost kunnen worden, zou ik daar graag weer logeren. Anders houd ik het voor gezien!" (107584867)

  Het personeel is vriendelijk. Grote kamers. Goede locatie.Ontbijtbuffet verzorgd.

  Lekkage badkamer via bidet. Ijskast nog vol met etensresten van de vorige gasten. Ontzettend lawaaierig door sanitair. Ook s'morgens vroeg wordt het wasgoed opgehaald om 6.00 uur zodat je wakker wordt van een hels kabaal. Discotheeks in de buurt waardoor s'nachts om 4.00 uur de discogangers ontzettend lawaai maken. Komt de nachtrust niet ten goede.

  The room was quiet, well decorated and comfortable. There was a reasonable selection of items on the breakfast buffet. The location of the hotel was good, walkable from the station and in a pedestrianised zone with restaurants and main sites near.

  The bedroom was not over-spacious although there was a hall-way area and the bathroom did not have curtains or a blind, only frosted glass. The shaver socket was near the floor in the bedroom.

  terrible breakfast, burnt coffee and stale bread some of the reception staff were just plain rude

  "The clerk at check-in was condescending and annoyed by our questions about navigating the area of the hotel. I was assigned a room that had not been made up at 4pm. The room I was then given was ok, but a bit on the shabby side." (99816459)

  "the lack of any form of internet facility really is unacceptable in this day and age. particularly in a hotel claiming to be 3*. also, the advertisement of a nonexistant laundry service was unacceptable as my stay was 9 days, and almost ran out of clean clothing. the room, particularly the floor was very unclean, and the bathrooms were often mouldy or covered in limescale. also, soundproofing between rooms is adviseable as i had to wear ear plugs to bed because of noise. i would only use this hotel again because of the location to amenities and the fact it was quite cheap. other than that, no way."   location to public transport and price of the room. friendly staff.

  total lack of internet facilities, lack of laundry service (my stay was 9 days so this proved irritating), and the rooms need a damn good clean and substantial redecorating. dirt on the walls and in the bathroom (mould and limescale), furniture was often wobbly.
