  "I chose the hotel to be near my friends in the same street. The location was good and the staff helpful. Shame about the bed." (97133777)

  Lounge area was very comfortable. Breakfast was good.

  Bed was small and hard.Shower doors did not meet so bathroom floor was wet.

  "I only have two really small things that would have been helpful when I arrived: 1. When I was asked for my passport and handed it in. I was expecting it back straight away. After a while I had to ask when would I get it back. Then he told me to pick it up in 10 minuets. It would have been helpful if he told me what the procedure was straight away instead of me having to ask. 2. I was handed a leaflet and was told it was about my room. When I got to my room I found out it was in italian which was no good to me as I am english and don't speak Italian." (97688065)

  Excellent location, hotel very clean and staff very friendly

  The only meal available was breakfast and bar closed at 10.30 p.m.

  The size of room was good

  It was a bit noisy and room didn't have some basic facility like kettle and the decoration was plain, the breakfast was also very basic, I generally find it expensive for what it was.

  "We walked from the train station to the hotel which was a mistake because we had heavy luggage and seemed to take the wrong route. However, the hotel is near to the station (a ten minute walk) and is also near a metro station which was handy. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, the staff were helpful and we liked our rooms. We had no real complaints and would definitely stay there again." (99189758)

  The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the bathrooms were of a good standard and the hotel was located near to a metro station. The hotel staff were very friendly in general and were happy to help us book restaurants and taxis. The breakfast was good too. Overall, we thought the hotel was extremely good value.

  We ordered drinks at the bar and were told we couldn't charge them to the room. This was incovenient and we felt the staff could have been more flexible.

  "Booked this having read the reviews, and would agree that the location was excellent for all of the major sites, buses were also excellent. The staff were very helpful and recommended a restaurant for us. The room we had was lovely, room 301 although the bathroom was fairly small. Everything was in good working order and I would definately stay at this hotel again if I went back to Rome." (99057601)
