  "The whole process was good from start to finish even when I checked that the rooms would accomodate 5 (the original form stated 4), the Active Hotel staff on the phone were very helkpful and sorted it out and emaild the revised booking form that showed the number in the room correctly. I woudl definitely use active Hotels again." (107181555)

  "The Hotel is well placed, not in the very centre but only a short walk to all the main sights, it was also within easy walking distance of the rail station. The reception staff all spoke very good English and were very helpful, providing maps and being prepared to book any of the main venues, to enable easy, quick access." (99073263)
