  "The hotel is centrally located and about 10 mins walk from Termini train station and 10-15 mins walk to the Forum and Colessum. The hotel is clean, bright and airy and the breakfast is very good value for money. Staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Added bonus is that the hotel offer a car pick-up at Ciampino Airport for 50 euros which is fast and efficient, especially when arriving late at night. I would definitely stay at Hotel Miami again!!"   A nice hotel in a fairly central location, Excellent reception staff and very clean rooms.

  I found the room rates a bit expensive. Breakfast ok but no good if you have an early flight

  The hotel was centrally located. The room was cleaned each day to a good standard and towels changed on a daily basis.

  Room was cleen, Staf was very nice,friendly and helpful.The location is good,walking distance from a lot of things to see.

  The brekfast has very poor choices compared to other hotels we stay in.

  "OVER ALL THE HOTEL WAS VERY CLEAN & STAFF COULN NOT HAVE BEEN MORE HELPFUL THE LOCATION TO MOST PLACES WAS GOOD AS MOST BUS'S STOPPED BY THE HOTEL I BOOKED OVER THE INTERNET AND FOUND NO PROBLEMS AT ALL AND IT WAS NICE OF THEM TO GET BACK WITH ALL THE INFO SO QUICKLY AND THE AIR CONDISHING WORKED PERFECTLY WOULD HAVE BEN HELPFUL FOR A STREET MAP FROM THE STATION TO HOTEL AS IT'S NOT TO FAR TO WALK GOT RIPPED OF BY TAXI (LESS THAN 10 MINS WALK)" (99423639)

  I FOUND THE STAFF VERY HELPFUL HOTEL CLEAN SHEETS CHANGED EVERY DAY AND LOCATION QUITE GOOD ONE COULD GET TOO EVERY WERE AS THE BUS STOP'S WERE ONLY 100 METERS AWAY LOAD'S OF EATING & DRINKING PLACES NEAR BY AS WELL

  OUR BED'S WERE VERY HARD ONE'S MAKE SURE YOU ASK FOR A SOFT ONE AS SOME OTHER GUEST'S HAD SOFTER BED'S

  "The hotel is in a great location and within walking distance to most attractions. The staff when out of their way to help and spoke perfect English. Sonia, one of the agents in the front desk, was just superb. The breakfast was good in a pleasant atmosphere. Make sure to ask for restaurant recommendation, they gave me good ones. If you get tired of Italian food, try the Indian restaurant close to the National Bank. The rooms are very clean. The beds are horrible. They are like rocks." (99488907)
