"The hotel is well located, 2 minutes walk from the actual centre. It is well indicated for visitors coming by car. Parking is amazingly easy (at least in Winter) and they also have the garage anyway. This was a relief because closer to the centre, parking did not seem so easy. The hotel is praised by the locals, so it must be good. The guest book of the hotel displays the autographs of well-known TV and music stars which adds to the prestige of the hotel. The staff are extremely nice and helpful, and they open-heartedly offer their assistance to suggest itineraries, places to visit and restaurants to eat at. It was snowing, and they also gave us very valuable advice for driving out of Spoleto safely - much appreciated." (97658507)
Very nice rooms and very comfortable bathrooms - luxuriously finished with all amenities - including a telephone in the bathroom, heated towel rails etc.
Unfortunately, it was not possible to dine inside the hotel. Probably the eating outlets within the hotel were not operational in winter. Luckily, Spoleto is full of great eating places. But in bad weather, it would have been a problem.
