Location was central. Staff very efficient and friendly, they provided a good map and guidebook to Genoa.

Little choice at breakfast. Location noisy at night Shower very small.

Friendly helpful staff Good location with easy access to all forms of transport

Entrance on ground floor not clear enough Two floors of stairs to climb before reaching Reception - difficult with lots of luggage
