  "Si cela n'avait pas été de son emplaement, nous aurions été déçus de cet hôtel malgré un confort relativevment agréable. Nous retournerons à cet hôtel, mais ce ne sera pas notre premier choix. " (108672751)

  Bonne localisation dans la ville. Accès à un quai qui nous a premis d'être en première ligne pour les régates de la ville.

  Chambre très sombre (la 12), fenêtre qui annonçait ouverture sur l'intérieur alors qu'elle donne en réalité dans un puit de lumière aux odeurs douteuses; manque d'identification pour trouver l'hôtel(nous avons aidé des clients à trouver l'hôtel, aucune signalisation ne fait mention de l'hôtle au début du couloir qui donne sur la rue principale); l'insonorisation n'est pas totale.

  no elevator, and too many steps for one with luggage. Also, the breakfast is very poor, no hairdryer or shampoo in the room.

  "We loved our stay and would love to stay there again the next time we're in Venice!" (107424155)

  The view from the hotel was fabulous. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was accessible to many of the places we wanted to see and the vaporetta stops.

  Our children complained of having a few mosquito bites and, a few nights the crowd from the restaurant down stairs was a little loud but quieted down by midnight.

  Excellente situation de l'hôtel. Locaux en harmonie avec le style de la ville. Personnel très chaleureux et accueillant.

  Isolation phonique légèrement insuffisante.

  "was not really good value for money in terms of room quality & facilities, Room was very small, no proper shower & also problem with lighting in bedroom, it appeared as an electrical fault." (97771178)

  "Not luxurious, but a lovely hotel (by Italian standards). The location was great, near the Rialto and walking distance to everything. Our rooms overlooked one of the small canals that the gondalas went down. There was a great wine bar in the small square downstairs from the hotel-great place to meet people and the wine prices were really cheap." (99172877)

  Excellent location.

  No elevator. I was traveling with my parents (69 & 71) and kids (20 & 24)for two weeks in Italy and it was difficult getting the luggage to the hotel and up the very long (double) staircase to our rooms. I would recommend a water taxi (negotiate the price)to the hotel rather than drag heavy luggage through the streets of Venice. It's a 10 minute walk up and down lots of steps to get to the hotel.

  "The hotel was adequate for the purpose of a few days. The rooms were large and clean but quite basic. We would have liked better instructions about how to get there. There are also a lot of fairly steep steps up to the hotel. The view from the terrrace of the grand canal was lovely and the location was very good for getting around Venice." (99525812)

  The location was ideal. The staff were friendly and helpful.

  The breakfast area was a little small.

  "mi sarebbe piaciuto avere il n. telefonico dell'albergo prima di giungervi per concordare gli orari e la sistemazione della camera" (99310472)
