    "Stayed there as it was close to airport and they offered free shuttle service. Happy with the level of service we received. Would sty there again only if I arrive into Campino airport late or leaving early next day, only as it is it a little far from Rome. Otherwise, would definitely recommend this Hotel." (107840346)

    Very friendly staff. Helpful. We felt comfortable and safe.

    "Great location is wanting to be near Ciampino Airport. Clean with helpful staff." (107866152)

    Hotel has shuttle to pick people up. They sent the shuttle to get us at the train station, but we never found it and had to take a taxi. They compensated by giving us the shuttle free to the airport the next day. We also had to leave so early for our flight that we were going to miss the breakfast. They had breakfast all bagged up for all of us in the morning. Nice and accomodating staff!

    The layout of the hotel is a little strange. Besides that, everything was great.

    Excellent location for Ciampino airport , ring road and motorway to the South. Clean, spacious room, easy parking and very good restaurant. Staff were friendly and helpful

    Only bad point was the inclusive breakfast coffee. The coffee obtained from the bar was the real thing!!

    Good reataurant...on the pricey side but not compared to central Rome. No water in the morning...I think due to mains supply...free airport transfer given as compensation.

    Noisy air conditioning...long walk to room. Fittings dated but noticed rooms being refurbished within complex.Transport in and out of Rome Central would be difficult.

    rooms were of a good size, nice bathrooms, liked the doors to the outside. really liked the common rooms of the hotel, eatery etc. great breakfast!

    we were travelling withour 5 children and our rooms weren't together on our second visit.

    "Our first room had a blocked sink, but after bringing this to the attention of the reception we were moved and upgraded to a better room. The upgraded room was of a high standard the stanard rooms were not of a high standard. The hotel (more like a motel) was very convenient for the airport and for the train in to Rome. Some of the rooms were a long walk from reception. Car parking was good and secure. there is a shuttle bus (extra cost, but worth it) to the airport or train station. The restaurant food was very good and well priced. Service was good." (99440197)

    The room was spacious and the restaurant in the hotel is delicious.

    The bathroom was a little too small. The bed was horrible! My boyfriend and I woke up the next morning with every muscle in our body incredibly sore, as if we had been beaten up the night before. The room quality did not amount up to it's high price.

    "We enjoyed our time at this hotel and would definately use it again as a stop off if we were needing one near Ciampino airport. If they had had a small playground or something for children, which would be more than easy given the size of the grounds, then this would have made the stay even better." (46483333)

    The friendliness of staff - the hotel restaurant is also excellent and good value for money.

    Very limited facilities and a bit out of the way with nothing nearby although the local public transport is good.

    "Good for overnight stop. Hotel is right next to airport but we were not unduly bothered by aircraft noise. Restaurant facilities are important as we drove into Ciampino itself for an evening meal and did not find anywhere suitable to eat (mainly cafes selling ice cream and pastries." (99287069)

    Ideally situated for Rome Ciampino airport. The restaurant is excellent for an evening meal,reasonably priced and the service was good.

    Externally it was a little 'tired' looking

    The accommodation was very good, the bed was excellent , and the stay was very confortable.

    The only thing that really bothered was the kichten closing. It should be 24h, because we arrived by 23h, hungry, and there was nothung to eat, and no place to order food.

    "I'd say the hotel serves a purpose for tranist visitors, and based on it's locaiton and price serves it well. Whilst I would consider using it again for this purpose I certainly wouldn't choose to stay there for anything other than one night." (99767377)

    Close to both the airport (Rome Ciampino) and Rome city centre, the latter being accessed by pretty much one straight road.

    On the Saturday night we were there the restuarant was holding what would be best described as a dinner dance,and based on the familiarity of the waiters with the attending Italian guests I'd say this is a regular event. The problem being that the music was simply too loud to simply enjpoy a meal.

    "Would have like to have known about the taxi service to the airport as i could have used this and saved myself one day car hire. Also some more imformation regarding the bus services to and from the train/metro stations would be nice." (99404246)

    The hotel was close to Ciampino airport. It is placed in a quiet place. The hotel offer shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel.

    "The hotel is very much adjacent to Champino Airport in Rome. It was very handy to get to, however with Ceramic Tiles on all the corridors I found it impossible to sleep. Adequate for our purpose." (99577324)

    Proximity to Ciampino Airport. Room was basic but comfortable.

    Disturbance by other guests staying in rooms close to ours who were banging doors and shouting for long periods in the early hours of the morning, room was too far from reception desk for management to be aware. Did consider phoning the management to complain however did not. Shower funtioned but could only be operated by hand as wall attachment broken.

    Was clean, no smoke smell in rooms, shuttle service to airport, breakfast in a bag was nice but it was not that great of a breakfast

    "We stayed in a family room which had peeling paint in several areas. The bathroom looked very tired and uninviting which was not helped by the clump of long hair found in the shower tray. The hotel was single storey with very long corridors which would not have been a problem if it had carpeted rather than a tiled floor.Footsteps were very long in arriving and passing. Not a quiet hotel and we were glad it was just a one night stay prior to flying home from Ciampino.The taxi found the hotel difficult to find.Having the hotels phone number as well as address on the booking confirmation would have been helpful."
