  friendly hotel staff, clean, modern guest rooms. Large spacious bathrooms and excellent facilities.

  I have often enjoyed complimentary wireless internet access in hotels in Ireland, Norway and the UK. This would be a great added bonus for your hotel if you offered this free web access to guests.

  "The hotel was situated in a central enough postion,for us to reach wherever we wanted to visit that day.The locale featured several good restaurants and coffee bars,within easy reach.in all an excellent choice of hotel." (97855736)

  the comfort of the bedroom,which was warm and welcoming.The little extra touches like soaps,and shower caps etc, which other hotels I stayed in during my break seem to have abandoned.The pleasant politeness of the reception staff,which made you feel welcome.The overall cleanliness of the hotel which was sadly lacking in other hotels.

  "A really special place set in a not so special area which makes it a real find. You should never stay anywhere of a standard less than you have at home and this has certainly surpassed many hotels we have used.Overall excellent." (99815138)

  It is not what you expect from the outside but when you walk into your room it is just lovely, quite grand and spacious. The whole experience is lovely and I would highly recommend it.We have only used it twice as a stopover to the airport but wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Staff nice too.

  We stayed in The Rose room which is so lovely, large and nicely furnished, just what you need on a hot day sightseeing. The only shock is the terrible shower. It is totally useless and not what you expect at all. It is almost impossible to use if you need to wash your hair it is so hard and I would advice an up to date replacement asap.
