    Staff were excellent, very helpful.

    Water marks on ceiling, small shower stall.

    All staff were polite, helpful and friendly. The hotel was easy to find - near to one of the best restaurants in Venice. Al Teatro.

    Breakfast area was cramped.

    "Ein freundliches Hotel mit nettem Personal, 3-Bett-Zimmer groß für Venedig, zentrale Lage, alle wichtigen Plätze sind auf kurzem Weg erreichbar. Das italienische Frühstück ist um Müsli und weissen Gebäck erweitert." (107712355)

    Zentral gelegen -- nahe beim Markusplatz; freundliches Personal, Dreibettzimmer ausreichend groß

    nur italienische Fernsehprogramme trotz Sat-TV, kein Gebäckaufbewahrungsraum

    La atención del personal es excelente. El hotel está a 10 minutos andando de San Marco. Y el desayuno está bastante bien.

    No tiene ascensor, pero es lo esperable en un edificio antiguo del centro.

    Monica, at reception was not only friendly but very helpful..others were also friendly and efficient.

    no mini bar, but front desk provided ice when needed.

    "The hotel was really great for visitors who want to be in the centre of town but knowing now how easy it is to get around Venice I would probably stay outside the centre where you can get a better hotel for the same price." (107297753)

    The staff very helpful and friendly. The receptionist was excellent and made us feel very welcome. Our room and bathroom were very clean. Our room was very spacious. Coffee at breakfast was very good.

    I was cold at night and what appeared to be aircon/heating only blew cold air. Part of the shower door missing so the bathroom floor would get very wet. There were no cold meats with breakfast, only small packets of cream cheese.

    Clean, tidy and comfortable

    Breakfast tables very small for any more than 2 people so sat separately from family.Ran out of bread too.

    Well positioned, close to La Fenice theatre, and to St Marks. Good area, unlike the tattier Rialto area. Room, on ground floor overlooked a canal, was more of a bed-sit arrangement - very convenient. Breakfast was fine - happy to provide italian style coffee, rather than filter, if you asked for it. Very pleasant and helpful staff

    The view of the canal would have been a real feature of the room, if it hadn't been for the scaffolding and plastic sheeting in between. But that is life!

    "Very good, quiet location, not only for main attractions but also for reaching other areas. Warm welcome and every assistance offered by the staff. Good quality continental breakfast. Apart from the minor inconvenience of an under powered hair dryer the hotel formed the basis of a very enjoyable stay." (99967770)
