    "Very good" (107677372)

    Public areas excellent. Buffet breakfast excellent...a great choice of fresh food. Staff pleasant and very helpful. Location perfect for our short stay, easy access to trains and taxis.

    Although clean and comfortable, bedroom was "tired" and in need of work to bring it to the standard of the public areas

    excellent location, helpful staff, nice rooms, excellent buffet breakfast.

    Booking process required names of guests, then overrode room number request by booking a room for each name, although these included couples who obviously expected to share a double room. Active Hotels said it was not possible to cancel the extra room, although we did manage to negotiate direct with the hotel to do this by suggesting we would not otherwise patronise their restaurant etc.

    Excellent location, close to airport, bus stops and main train station. Rooms very clean and refurbished beautifully. Would definately stay here again and recommend to others.

    Wet room in bathroom not very well designed, bathroom turned into a swimming pool once you had a shower.

    "Hotel is very convemient for airport and station, which is why we choose it. Rooms are being refurbished, but older rooms should be cheaper, reflecting the lower standard. We hope new room facilities are better. Rather than a 10 to 15 min walk to find a restaurant, we ate in the hotel. This is superb! And very reasonable too. example - a good bottle of Vernaccia for just over 10 Euros." (97072250)

    Refurbishment of public areas excellent. Restaurant meals and service first class. Staff extremely helpful and friendly.

    Room in need of refurbishment. Not very clean and poorly equipped. No hair drier, trouser press and no tea and coffee making facilities.

    Well presented. Great polite reception staff

    We ate at the restaurant and the food could have been better. It was still good but for the money there was room for improvement. Portions too big if have first and second course - after the first course I was too full to eat my second course!

    Excellent continental breakfast, central location for using trains, friendly staff.

    Extremely convenient for Station (opposite) and airport. Very well furnished and decorated. Attentve staff who speak English.

    Long way on foot from leaning tower, but close to main shops.

    "Tha hotel is an ideal base for exploring the Tuscan area. We only booked one night but if we had known would have stayed longer." (99946125)

    Accommodation very good. Even though on main road, little or no noise. Ideally situated for airport and railway station. Plenty of television channels to choose from including Sky News and BBC 24. Good Buffet at lunchtime for E14.

    Food generally good, however hot breakfast food not up to standard.

    central location with go access to the main railway station and local bus services.The hotel rooms are very clean with fresh linen daily and a very good maid service.

    There should have been provision for tea or coffee making in the room.The hotel restaurant menue was limited ad quite expensive, good idea to eat out.

    Its location excellent,room clean,staff friendly and helpful.Very quite. Enjoyed my stay would use this hotel again.

    "Generally a good hotel although a little dated inside. Ideal for the train station which is 100 metres away, and trains run frequently between this station ( Pisa Centrale ) and the airport. Good breakfast selection and friendly staff." (99715622)

    Single room was quite small, no view from the window.
