  "One staff member especially helpful, with excellent command of English.Other staff good and reasonably helpful and general ambience was of a good customer care approach. Hotel breakfast was ok, not wonderful, and breakfast coffee was undrinkable to our taste,lots of fresh pastries/cakes which we don't eat at breakfast......Tinned fruit for breakfast -again - not our preference, would expect good quality fresh fruit at a hotel of this standard [this WAS availbable when dining a la carte in the evenings however]."   Excellent cuisine when dining at the hotel in the evening,lovely terrace for outside dining and nice lounge/bar for evening use especially

  Room was very small considering this was 'luxury' level, and only one mirror in bathroom / bedroom combined, with relatively poor visibility for shaving / make up purposes
