    Excellent clean room, hotel in very good location. Bergamo is a wonderful place.

    Staff were a little off not the usual friendly Italian personality

    Very convenient to the rail and bus stations, and very close to the town centre.

    The ready-made coffee at breakfast is a disgrace to Italy. The trick is to ask the friendly staff to make one behind the bar. They do so willingly, and it is very good. The reception staff were quite brusque on this visit, but have been most welcoming on ealier visits.

    "Given it's location, I would recommend this hotel. The first stop from the Bergamo airport shuttle bus is directly opposite it and with a late flight it works out well. The hotel itself is quite small and on a busy road but is nice and offers a decent breakfast. It does however seem a little pricy when the shuttle can also take you direct to Milan's centre and you can get a cheaper option there." (107645890)

    Very well located for the shuttle from the airport and the train station.

    Small and undergoing renovation at present so a little messy in areas.

    "Excellent for what we needed" (107834278)

    Despite modest exterior this hotel is in absolutely pristine condition both in public area and bedrooms.Breakfast is above average for Italy.Only 50m from rail and bus connections.

    Cheap but not massively so and has no bar though a restaurant adjoins.

    Location opposite Railway Station and Bus Stop from Airport. Clean rooms and good continental buffet breakfast.

    Rooms at front of hotel can be noisy late evening and early morning due to busy road outside.

    "The hotel was everything we needed, we had an evening flight so didnt want a long onward journey. If i had any critisism the breakfast was slightly limited. Very nice size bathroom, we had a triple room and was a very good size and the third bed was not a put you up which i have experienced in many hotels. All in all would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. We also ate in the adjoining restaurant before heading back to the airport, very pleasant and very good service." (97195374)

    It was a pleasant hotel, well situated for the train station, shops and other amenities. The staff were friendly and informative.

    We experienced no real problems during our stay.

    it was close to all amenities and transport links. 10 mins taxi from Bergamo Airport. Easy walking distance from Train station and local attractions. Pleasant, helpful staff.

    Air conditioning not working in room, very warm. No late bar in hotel for residents.
