  "Our stay was okay, staff were generally preoccupied took ages to get a drink from the bar as it wasn't manned. " (97873546)

  Shuttle bus into Florence was good but return times were unreasonable. The bus No 37 back to the hotel never showed up.

  The room was very basic. The Swimming pool was not clean, therefore we didn't use it.

  "This was a great find on the Internet. We were worried about location and had originally booked a much more expensive hotel inside Florence changing at the last minute before our holiday. After spending a day in the city we couldn't wait to get away from the crowded street scene and tourist areas. We were concerned about being limited to only the hotel restaurant for dinner but were pleasantly surprised by the menu enjoying one of the best meals we experienced during our entire 3 week holiday in Italy. The pool and grounds were such a welcoming atmosphere with regard to the cramped environment of most European Hotels." (97090192)

  Outdoor seating for breakfast - but there was a bit of a nip in the air and wind so they were discouraging eating outside.

  We liked the size of the room, the cleanliness and the fact that our sheets as well as the towels were changed every day. The free shuttle bus is an excellent facility and the friendliness and helpfulness of your driver made our holiday. He is a credit to the hotel and always smart and smiling.

  We couldn't open the window shutters as we were level with the ground and people could see in but since we were out all the time anyway it didn't really matter too much. A minor complaint.

  "For a quick trip to Florence to see a few city sites, the hotel offers more than necessary, which makes the price a bit high if you are looking only for a bed to sleep in. However, the accommodations are nice relative to other hotels around the EU, and the hotel is family-friendly, easily accommodating our family of 5." (49054628)

  Family suite for 5 is rare, and good to find. Location of the hotel is also good; Florence is not easy to drive in, and with this hotel outside of the city, access and parking were easy.

  No option for wired internet in the room. Hotel options mentioned a wireless access point in the lobby.

  nettes Personal, sehr zuvorkommend, hat uns besseres Zimmer gegeben, da sie nicht beachtet hatten, dass wir einen Hund und ein Baby dabei haben.

  Das Bett war Horror. Meine Frau hat auf der Couch geschlafen, da die Matratze viel zu hart war.
