    "our hotel was of an excellent standard, large spacious bedrooms, beautifully furnished. had our own balcony with good views. breakfast were more than adequate and dining room was always clean, tidy and comfortable, staff always pleasant and helpful." (99896893)

    lifts were a BIT SLOW

    "Hotel,is classed as four star. The bars and restaurant are four star but the room we stayed in was no more than two star.Our room were in the older part of the hotel with no view and near the rubbish disposal area." (99730055)

    "I did not realise what a lovely place Bergamo is or how easy it was to get around by train. The hotel was all I expected." (99920978)

    The rooms were large, tastefully decorated. The reception desk were very helpful and breakfast was good. The hotel was in a lovely position near the funicular to the high town

    "Everything was excellent: nice staff, clean and proper facilities and a very good breakfast. Also the location of the hotel is very good, near the funicolor to the old town and just a couple of minuts walk to the city center of the new town. Some nice bars and restaurants close to the hotel (did not try the hotel restaurant)." (99053460)

    The room was spacious, the hotel has lots of lifts and is well placed for Bergamo Alta.

    Like alot of hotels I stay in these days the room could have done with a deep clean into the corners, light switches etc.

    Good position to visit Bergamo. Nice hotel with pleasant rooms. Good breakfast included. Most of the staff were fine some not helpful.Would definitely use again.

    They originally took a direct booking and then denied it almost causing me to cancel my trip. Staff were quite rude and not helpful. Only by persistence and booking through yourselves did I manage to get a booking. Hotel was very hot even with all the heating turned off. Very little tourist information in room.

    We booked a standard room and were given a room at the side of the hotel. It had a very nice balcony but unfortunately not a very nice view.
