"Great hotel, fully recommend anyone to enjoy at Il Principe Hotel, which was a joy to stay at. Kind Staff, excellent refurnished rooms, 2 minute walk to the sights and sounds of the city." (108058794)

staff was exceptionally good with all our needs as a family. The refurbishment to the hotel are excellent, almost worthy of a 5 star hotel.

they needed to flush the water though the spa bath system, had bit of a shock when brown water started blowing into the bath.

From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff was friendly and professional and was extremely helpful in answering all questions and providing requested directions.

"Very helpful staff. Informative, friendly, good recommendations for restaurant (did not recommend a tourist trap). Will book this hotel again on next visit." (99462850)

Excellent suite. Hotel upgraded us to suite without charge.
