  the room, breakfast and service were excellent. Very good value for money. Our room was spotless and cleaned well every day.

  We had to ask for the heater to be activated in our room in the evenings by reception.I assume it is to stop excessive electricity consumption and understandable but should perhaps be mentioned in the literature.

  "Pleasant stay, friendly staff, good certral location if you use public transport. Wanted to know beforehand how to get from the port to the hotel by bus (not taxi), and the fact that the whole of Palermo is getting to a standstill on a Sunday for planning purposes." (99055939)
