    Staff recommendations for dinner venues-not very good. Shower screen faulty, hair dryer difficult to use-hard to keep switched on.

    "La verdad es que el hotel es maravilloso, la habitación siempre limpia, muy amplia y elegante, por no comentar lo increíble de su cama (180cm x 200cm!!). Además, la ubicación nos ha facilitado mucho la visita a la ciudad ya que nos ha permitido realizar muchos desplazamientos a pié, dejando el transporte público como una alternativa. En general lo recomiendo a todo el mundo que tenga pensado ir a Milano. A nosotros nos ha encantado! " (107973997)

    La habitación era maravillosa!! muy limpia, amplia, y lo mejor: la cama!! increíble! Además, el personal del hotel ha sido muy agradable.

    no creo he visto ningún punto negativo. Ha sido todo perfecto.

    "Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt im Hotel. Die Zimmer waren sauber, alles Notwendige vorhanden und schön arrangiert (Duschmittel, Bodylotion, Shampoo). Das Frühstück war grossartig. Frisch und reichhaltig. Empfehlenswert und auch gut gelegen." (107698489)

    Gute Lage. Saubere, sehr gepflegte Zimmer. Herrliches Frühstück. Nettes Personal.

    Check at train station for changing train tickets.

    Internet access only via pre-paid system that cannot be stopped, so time cannot be consumed controled. Help at front desk is friendly but not very efficent No electricity adapters available. Rates are not transparent and did vary from confirmation around EURO 20.-

    The room was very inviting and clean.We enjoyed its style. The staff was very helpful. We would definitely stay there if we go back to Milan!

    Hotel Canada was excellent value and as it had been refurbished the amenities/room were immaculate and clean. In addition, the location is perfect, being a 10 minute walk from the Duomo. It meant that we didn't use the metro or cabs to get anywhere.

    Rooms are slightly on the small side but this is compensated by the fact that is was so clean and new, as well as being good value for money.

    Good quality, clean, recently refurbished hotel near historical areas. Pleasant service, good breakfast. Found and held valuable items that we had forgotten.

    Really minor for an otherwise good hotel: only 2 English language television channels, both news. one lightbulb needed replacing.

    Good location, easy walking distance to centre (Duomo, castle) - even with toddlers. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Great service from all the friendly staff, plenty of choice at buffet breakfast and great place to stay for family with young or older kids.
