  "While the cost of our stay was good value for money, we expected a better standard all round from a Best Western hotel. It was not bad - it just wasn't all that good either. Most of the staff were very good and spoke adequate or good English. The room was OK but nothing more. The free shuttle service was much appreciated particularly since a one way taxi journet cost EUR 20. If you don't expect too much, this is a reasonable base, conveneient for Ciampino airport, from which to travel into Rome." (107627381)

  Good value for money. Shuttle service to airport and rail link for Rome.

  Uninspiring breakfast even by Continental standards. Very limited dinner menu. Non-functioning lift for much of our stay. Spartan lounge area.

  bar facilities and prices. Bar not open durinf pm and prices were extortionate

  "I think that the hotel relies on the fact in has a pool to promote itself as a 3 star. It was good value for money and the staff were very friendly however I couldn't get over the feeling of 'dirtiness' and 'dampness' that was present in the hotel. It was not unclean, just not very 'fresh.' The hotel lobby that greets you is very drab and depressing looking." (97166367)

  "THE STAFF WERE EXCELLENT. ESPECIALLY A YOUNG MAN NAMED LEONARDO WHO WAS VERY SENSITIVE TO MY NEEDING A SHUTTLE SERVICE AND CAME IN VERY EARLY TO TAKE ME TO THE AIRPORT. THIS WAS LOVELY OF HIM. THANKS TO ALL THE STAFF!" (99160814)

  "The hotel was of a good standard, clean and pleasant. It was like an oasis in a down at heel area. Although the website gave us directions in English, it was difficult to understand, and it took us an hour to find late at night. We would obviously have liked better instructions. When we did find it, the staff were very pleasant and made us feel welcome. We would stay there again if we had an overnight stay near the airport. We would not, though, choose to stay there on holiday." (99090750)

  The staff were very helpful and friendly. We arrived late, after the kitchen had closed down, but staff still arranged some sandwiches and a very tasty bottle of wine for us.
