  Position centrale de l'hotel,petit dejeuner copieux, bon accueil,garage sur reservation

  Moquette de notre chambre tres sale .Point internet pas tres performant et cher,

  Very close to the leaning tower etc and several eating places Liked the balcony to sit on on a sunny afternoon

  "The Leaning Tower is just outside hotel's front door. We asked for quiet room and we got it, the only thing we could hear was church bell and occasional plain. Quite poor breakfast - every morning we had to wait quite a while for coffee. Could do with extra staff. Reception staff was not very welcoming, every time when asking for the key we felt like interrupting important conversation. At check out early morning receptionist (or night porter) ordered us a taxi which apparetly was his friend with a car. When he took us to the airport he tried to rip us off asking 20 euro whereas it normaly costs 8! So if you meet him agree the price before hand. Overall it was quite enjoyable stay." (97558453)

  "I will never repead staying in this hotel and I will recommend to everybody NEVER to go there." (97258217)

  Town is very interesting, nice and quiet. Hotel is placed just in the center whoch is suitable.

  Nevertheless the hotel is 4 stars and is in the center of the town, it is veeeeeeery bad-appointed, unkempt and unpleasantly furnished room.

  Close to the Pisa tower

  The elevator only goes to the second floor, and we though it would go all up! We had friends who have difficulty do walk!
