  "The man at the front desk seemed a little scatter-brained both at arrival and departure. No wonder that he forgot to give me back my passport before I left in the morning. After my arrival in Firenze the hotel was contacted and asked to send it by some special delivery, as I was going to leave Italy three days later and there was a weekend in between. I called several times every day, and they could not give me any information, if or in what way it would be or was sent. They just blamed somebody else. At 9 o'clock Tuesdy morning I contacted the Swedish Consulate in Firenze. They in their turn managed to have the enabling me to go through the passport control at the airport four hours later. Up to now I don't know, if the passport has arrived to my hotel in Firenze, Hotel Ville sull'Arno. Whatever the cost by courier post will be, I think that Hotel Umbria should pay, as it was their fault and not mine. This incident made my last three days in Firenze unpleasant on account of worries. I think you should talk to them about this, my room No. was 26." (97222175)

  chambre tres petite, petit dejeuner minimal.

  "Kleines, eher familiaeres Hotel, preiswert mit bescheidener Ausstattung" (99198040)

  Zentrale Lage in der Stadt, taeglicher Wechsel von Bettwaesche und Handtuechern, Preis

  Keine Klimaanlage, einfaches Fruehstueck, einfache Zimmer und kleines Bad, fuer Geschaeftsreisende beginnt das Fruestueck morgens zu spaet (8-10 Uhr)
