  "The first room we were given was tiny and had no bath, only a shower. The staff reluctantly changed the room after I made a fuss so the mood was quite tense and uncomfortable." (108744619)

  The hotel was in a pleasant, green location and the room we were finally given was quite spacious.

  The hotel advertisement on Active Hotels desrebes the hotel as being minutes from Linate airport and says it has a pool. But the airport is actually about 15 minutes away and there is no pool or other leisure facilities at the hotel. They are 20 minutes away in the next town! I had specifically chosen this hotel because I thought there would be a pool for the children. The restaurant served very good food but was very expensive. The toilet in our room didn't flush, when I told the staff, they just shrugged.
