PERFECT central location (around the corner from the Forum & Colosseum) with three restaurants in front of hotel. Clean LARGE rooms....great breakfast on terrace overlooking the Forum.

Doesn't look like much from the outside but on the inside is quite a charmer!!!

"okay for the money, but not a room you really wanna hang out in" (108001316)

bed was comfortable but not the best, bathroom was clean, very nice english speaking front desk people, breakfast on roof was nice, food just okay but roof was nice

small bathroom, no space for stuff, no hand towels, but clean and tiled nicely, had to leave key at front desk when you left, sorta a bed and breakfast feel to this Hotel, wallpaper and walls etc. were seedy looking, small tv

"Adequte place to sleep and clean up. " (108012531)

Large room able to sleep 2 adults and 2 kids.

Room smelled of smoke and was noisy. The shower was in some disrepair. The internet access, which is not free, did not work.

"Booked hotel on the strength of online reviews and was not disappointed. We stayed in a triple room and one single. The single room smelled strongly of tobacco smoke - but a request for a room change was dealt with quickly by the helpful staff. The location is fantastic for exploring Rome. The online booking was easy and the bill came to exactly what we had been quoted when we booked." (97513869)

We were celebrating my wife's 40th birthday so we received a little special treatment I believe which was very nice. Excellent location with entrance to the ruins of the Roman forum across the street. (parts of the ruins could be viewed from our window) Sidewalk cafes/restaurant right outside the hotel entrance.
