  "Very well located in the centre of Florence - easy to access all the main areas. Directione were very good and an easy walk from the Train or Bus station" (107636938)

  Very helpful staff, couldn't do enough for us. After the first night in a very small room, we were transferred to a lovely larger room. Breakfast was adequate, and cafe's everywhere anyway...

  excellent location briliant breakfast fantastic staff

  I din't like the bathroom being down the hall even though I had booked a private bathroom. at night it was difficult to wake up in a strange room then find the light, find the keys, lock the room, wander down the hall, try to get the difficult key into the difficult lock, lock the door after entereing etc etc all in all this was a major downside to my stay - maybe if the lock and key were the same it would have been a LITTLE easier. Next time I'll confirm the bathroom system BEFORE booking

  The staff were all incredibly friendly and exceedingly helpful. They all went out of their way to assist us in any way possible. Sumptuous breakfast was much appreciated! Excellent location, round the corner from San Lorenzo and only a short walk from the station. The use of Wi-Fi was very helpful too whilst there.

  Only complaints were the fact that I thought I had booked all rooms en suite and the singles turned out not to be ensuite. Also the shower head in the shared bathroom made the water come out more in a single stream than a fine spray.

  "Pleasant, friendly, comfortable and excellent value for money." (107264021)

  The location of the hotel was central and convenient, the service friendly, the decor pleasant and the room and public areas clean and comfortable.

  The buffet breakfast offered little to appeal to English or French tastes, excepting the excellent coffee. The room was apparently painted by visually-impaired and lazy decorators who should not have been paid for so poor a job.

  "Fulfilled everything one required from a bubget hotel. Would reccomend Hotel Belletini to anyone on a holday budget." (97537300)

  excellent location amongst the main tourist attractions, wonderful freindly staff, quiet, in fact all thgat could be asked from a budget hotel
