  "We stayed in Caroline suite, considering we still recomend this hotel. We enjoyed our stay and enjoyed Rome for the 2nd time. " (107641232)

  Room was like a 4 star hotel,

  entrance for the hotel was really untidy and need refurbisment. Breakfast was very poor, bread wasn`t of the day, drinking glasses where all different form and sizes, very unprofessional.

  Easy to book, easy to find (the Terravision bus stop is right outside the hotel).

  We booked a "suite" - I'm not sure how they define that but I's say we got a quite small, plain room (maybe "suite" meant that you could actually close the door to the bathroom...). Poor cleaning, there were hairs on the floor and on the shower walls. Shower by the way, the pictures show a bathtub but our "suite" didn't have one. Very heavy traffic and much noise from Marsala street just outside the window, if you stay here ask for a room that doesn't overlook the street. The room was poorly equipped, lamps and safe didn't work, there were no flowers, paintings or decorations whatsoever (had the room been clean I would have called it sterile). Coziness-factor: none.
