  "l'accueil est minimum car le personnel peu formé ne semble pas toujours comprendre les souhaits du client. " (107388746)

  l'hôtel est bien situé et est relativement calme. Le petit dejeuner est gracieusement servi en chambre

  pas moyen de faire comprendre que l'on souhaite que soit ajouté un point d'huile à une portte de salle de bain qui grince furieusement. Les murs mériteraient d'être rafraichis et le petit dejeuner pourrit être agrémenté d'une spécialité italienne qui le rendrait moins conventionnel avec ses biscottes et autres biscuits emballés.

  hotel bien situé au coeur de Venise , chambre agréable , propre . Personnel très accueillant compétant parlant bien le francais. petit déjeuner copieux

  Il serait plaisant d'avoir une baignoire dans la salle de bain à la place de la douche.

  I loved the location! Cross one small canal and you are right at St. Marks Square. Less than a 5 minute walk. We were traveling with our 12 month old son, so it was very nice to have easy access to the water taxi. And the room was very clean. I loved the small continental breakfast. The daytime staff held our bags for us when we showed up 4 hours early to check in. They helped us carry our bags upstairs. They provided a very detailed map of Venice. The best part about this hotel is the location.

  Some younger kid working the night shift at the front desk was very unhelpfull. The day before we were flying out, we requested a 6 am wakeup call and we never got the wakeup call. We nearly missed our water taxi to the airport! There is no lift, however the staff did carry our bags up to the 3rd floor for us!

  "The Locanda Al Leon is truly a wonderful experience. With its old-world Venetian ambience and guestroom details such as gilded furniture and murano glass chandeliers, guests are made to feel like royalty. Furthermore, the staff is very attentive, from the front desk personnel to the kind woman who worked as the breakfast room attendant. On the morning I ate breakfast, I enjoyed this quiet sunlit room as she made two wonderful cappuccinos for me. In addtion, breakfast included assorted rolls, yogurt, juice and cereals. Finally, the view from my room, which was spotless, was absolutely beautiful. It was directly overlooking a small street with restaurants and shops that were lit up at night. The only thing I would change on my next visit to Venice is to stay here longer than one night! Overall, a very memorable stay at the Locanda Al Leon!" (97584383)

  Intimate setting, with old-world Venetian charm. Excellent location near the canal with great access to other main attractions.
