    Clean and trendy. Good bed and bathroom. Basic but with the flair of the art on the doors.

    Wifi did not work in our room and they took the charge off but seemed not to know it didn't reach to all the rooms. We used it in the lobby while we tried their food was microwave awful. There is terrible construction and it is very difficult to GET to the hotel, even when you can see it.

    Very friendly, helpful staff. Spacious, modern rooms, very clean.

    Food not available after 10 so be warned if arriving on a late flight..

    Very clean and comfortable hotel. The decor gave the hotel an extra twist

    I would expect the staff of a four star hotel to be more attentive.

    Nothing, I just had som difficulties about finding the hotel in car from the Airport of Bergamont.

    Hey, the hotel is great! I wanted to find a hotel near to the airport as I had a very early flight next morning, and really did not expect such a high quality for the money I paid. I even found some snacks in the morning for the guests, that leave before breakfest starts - that was nice ;))

    Camera pulita, letto comodo e spazioso.

    I cuscini sono terribili. Troppo compatti. Mi fanno venire male al collo. Non mi piace che bisogna ancora pagare per accedere al WIFI. Non mi sembra una cosa logica in un'albergo a 4 stelle. Dovrebbe essere gratis.

    "In generale, definirei un socciorno discreto. Su cosa mi sarebbe piaciuto sapere prima della pronotazione... la scenta di tipologia di stanza. Se si prenota online, è si accetta una cifra proposta di soggiorno, non è corretto vendere la stanza più cara e non dare l'opportunità al cliente di scegliersi la sistemazione: una stanza standard è ben differente, sotto ogni aspetto, da una suitte."     "Firstly, the location is important. Secondly the cleness of the hotel and other guest comments is relevant before to book hotel on-line. Possibility to change rooms. Welocimg staff. I could reccommend this hotel to my friends and relatives as my experience was positive. UnfortunateIy I didn't get chance to try the meals in hotel as I stayed just for night and I was too tired after that. However I will book this hotel again,if I will fly next time to Bergamo."     Very creative decoration,Impressive mirror wardrobe,Nice colours used throughout.Very clean and nice,bright bathroom.

    First floor wasn't very nice as the doors was open to the parking and it was a bit scary to sleep with open back doors.

    "I would like to have had a better map of the way to arrive there, but I was tired after a whole day of travelling and the last few minutes were difficult. Also a map of the accesses to Milano and the time to take to the airport, but all this is just a part of the rough times a tourist is expected to bear, that I understand." (97086476)

    That it was modern, clean, the staff were extremely kind, the breakfast was gorgeous.

    The only but would be the distance to Milano, on the other hand it would have been too noisy to stay anywhere else.

    "It is best to have a car as it costs about 20 euros in and out of bergamo unless you take the bus from the village. The hotel does not advertise that it does food in the evenings which we would have used had we known before we left.     "This accommodation was the best value hotel room we have ever had. Our only gripe was the difficulty in getting a taxi to the hotel, as there was just a mass of people waiting for a taxi at the airport, with no queues. We eventually got in a taxi with two other couples, as the driver was looking to collect the maximum fare possible. The complimentary breakfast provided was also of a very high standard, and the receptionist was very helpful in phoning us a taxi in the morning to get us into the centre of Bergamo." (97748521)

    The room, and entire building, was tastefully decorated and very spacious.

    We have no complaints about the room whatsoever.

    Very clean, stylish and though we arrived at past midnight everything was fast and efficient-even the bar was open and barman happy to serve us. Nice rooms and very clean.
