good service, helpful staff
cold water in the shower 2 of the 4 days we stayed there no aicondition, even thoug it said on the internet that all rooms had aircondition!!! too hot in the room and we didn't sleep much because of the heat!!

very good central location and very reasonably priced, the bed was very comfortable and everything we needed for our age was there, the staff were friendly and helpful
the shower was quite small and a little dangerous as there was no shower curtain so water covered the bathroom floor everytime it was used

Great location. Easy to get around Romes attractions by foot, and also great that the bus from Termini stops outside the door of the hotel. No need for a taxi even with luggage.
Too bad the prices at snackbars etc.for breakfast are very high.

"Barely adequate, very poor maintenance, difficult to keep it clean with bad flushing, toilets, broken showers and shower curtains needing replacement. Staff very good despite" (97648790)
