  "Très bon hôtel de catégorie moyenne, à recommander. Nous y reviendrons lors d'un prochain voyage à Florence." (108208785)

  Hôtel situé idéalement à 2 minutes à pied de la gare et à 12 minutes du Duomo. Accueil par de personnes très sympathiques et souriantes. Grande chambre agréable et propre. Literie de bonne qualité. Hôtel situé sur une petite rue avec peu de circulation. Les nuits sont calmes sans bruit extérieur.

  Douche un peu trop petite pour des personnes corpulentes.

  "La estancia en Florencia fue maravillosa y el hotel tuvo mucho que ver ya que veníamos de un hotel en Roma que dejaba mucho que desear." (108982485)

  Está excelentemente situado, a pocos metros de la Catedral y sitios turísticos. La habitación cuádruple es bastante buena y muy amplia. El desayuno normal, como en la mayoría de hoteles. A pesar de estar muy céntrico, la insonorización era total con doble ventana y acristalamiento, no se oía nada de la calle. Sin duda volvería.

  Si lo que se busca es un gran hotel, este no es el sitio ideal ya que es un hotel muy pequeño situado en la tercera planta de un edificio.

  Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable air-conditioned room. Close to railway station.

  Lift was sometimes out of order.

  "We were only in Florence for 3 nights and this hotel/B&B was a good base. Florence is beautiful but you need plenty of stamina." (107270596)

  Within easy walking distance of train station and all main sights. Good sized room in traditional style. Decent breakfast, lovely coffee. Ideal base for short stay on a budget.

  Staff did not speak English but we got by. A sense of humour helps! Shower a bit weak.

  The hotel and the room was clean and tidy.

  The bathroom was very tiny. Requested at the reception that due to an early flight in the morning, if coffee and biscuits were made available. The receptionist said yes but no coffee or biscuits were available when we checked out. Also, we requested the shuttle to the airport for 5:45 and we were woken at 4:45 saying the shuttle was ready to pick up. What a rip off for a shuttle to airport charge of 3euros each when it should be courtsey from the hotel especially early in the morning.

  "Lovely - perfect location and comfortable accommodations - exactly what we needed for an overnight in Florence. " (99736992)

  Great location, close to train, some off-the-beaten path restaurants and the city center yet the rooms were quiet. Nice space, clean, orderly and efficient. Lovely breakfast in the morning and very helpful staff.

  The lobby was very hot - this did not effect our stay but we felt sorry for the staff at the check-in desk!

  "We had made a last minute decision to stay overnight in Florence and were so grateful we did. The hotel was steps away from the train station. It is on the third floor of a building that is beautifully kept. The renovations have made the hotel elegant and bright. The rooms were fabulous with huge windows in a corner room. We had 2 adults and 2 16 year olds in the room and there was room to spare. The air conditioning was a blessing and very quiet. The rooms were well insulated from the outside noises, we heard no traffic. Only blocks from restaurants and a short 10 minute walk to the Duomo. The morning breakfast included pastries, cereal, yogurt, juice and a variety of coffee - all included in the price. The owner was extremely accomodating and when picking up our luggage later in the afternoon offered us a cool complimentary drink before we headed to the train station. The price was fantastic as well. We highly recommend this place!" (108000815)

  A newly renovated beautiful, air conditioned hotel that is less than a minute's walk from the train station. The quad room we booked was huge and quiet - new windows obviously part of the renovations. We were worried it would be noisy near the train station but we could not hear any noise all night. The price was fantastic and the owner very accommodating. We would stay there again in a heart beat.
