"Apart from the bar nearby, the hotel and location is ideal and the street would otherwise have been quiet. I would stay again due to the frindly helpful staff, but make sure to ask for a quiet room located away from the direction of the Irish bar nearby." (97617928)
The staff were efficient anf very friendly and helpful, the hotel was located close to the centre and easy to find.
An Irish bar is located 2 doors away, all night long drunken revellers were making a lot of noise outside on both nights we stayed.

The front of house mgr was v helpful and understanding in upgrading our room when I realised we had a BUDGET room. Website of VENERE.com needs to be updated to advise the room options. Our room was the most beuatiful sight and the most stunning view over the rooftops of Perugia. It was like a dream. All the staff are v v helpful.
Booking process did not give me options of diff rates - I thought it was all one std - until I saw ECONOMY / BUDGET room- it was v disappointing and nothing like the pictures and reviews from other guests. Front of house manager resolved this.
