  "I would stay here again, I found hotel to be in a good location 100 mts from the train station, not too busy, in a small town. " (107154016)

  Hotel was located in not a very busy town, just offset from the main road. Room was excellent, clean and tidy.

  I can't really think of any bad points, because there wasn't any!

  "overall enjoyed our stay, satisfied with the deal booked online and the efficency we were checked in. The video on your website although informative was misleading and led us to believe you magically arrive in rialto and in main square in 34 minutes... But accessibility to Venice was good with the direct train from Mogliano. Generally happy with everything." (99712934)

  neat and compact warm comfortable room, accomodation staff i.e maids were excellent. close to the train station.

  check out time non-negotiable or in any way flexible for example in excess of 10 mins an angry phonecall from reception had been put in place. This then followed by a rude arrogant guy working at reception to deal with. Expense of breakfast per person at 10 euro is seriously overpriced. No restaurant or proper bar facilities.

  "We liked the hotel very much and would recommend it, its only 2 stops from the Venice island and the train station is very close. The staff were friendly and there is free parking for the car." (99514656)

  This hotel was very nice, out of Venice island but only 2 train stops away. The train is not more than 500 metres away so easy to get to and from the island

  Nothing, a little expensive but hey thats Italy
