States internet available in entire hotel but mainly in foyer unless had adaptor, which there were not many off.

"A tale of 2 halfs as we stayed for a night on first day of holiday and a night after 2 weeks. First time really good, great room and service. 2nd night aircon was broken, room not ready for check in, and minibar policy changed to soft drinks only - fair enough as was due to theft - hotel bar not open. In general I would recommend as really good value and really easy to get into Venice itself." (107758699)

"Enjoyed my stay at the hotel apart from the fact that bar and restaurant were closed for most of the time." (107837322)

Courteous reception and dining room staff Spacious bedroom well kept by chamber staff Good choice at buffet breakfast

Thin it may have been out of season but the lack of bar and restaurant facilities was very disappointing - especially as no tea/coffee making facilities are provided in bedrooms
