    The staff was helpful and friendly. The convenience of having breakfast included is great.

    I wanted to iron my clothes when I took them out of the luggage but there was none available in the hotel. There was a lot of noise outside on the first night, which made it impossible to have a good night sleep. The rest of the nights, however, were quiet and I didn't have any problem.

    The hotel is such a great deal and really quite excellent! I booked a single room and got a twin one, very roomy and had AC (a must in Italy!). The people at the front desk were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

    Wenn ich ein kleines, angenehmes Hotel suche, erwarte ich kein Hilton!!

    "I Thought both the rooms I stayed in at the hotel were roomy and very clean, and the beds were comfortable, the shower in the second room was spacious and very easy to use. I was surprised that the girl on reception recognised me when I arrived for my second visit after three days away, and was immediately given the key to my room. I would definitely stay at the Hotel Urbani again. " (107305569)

    "Ho poco da dire, ho trovato Cordialità, pulizia dentro e fuori la stanza ad un prezzo.. "il più contenuto" pertanto mi sento di consigliarlo a chiunque volesse soggiornare a TORINO,e vicinissimo alla stazione ed al centro." (107497256)

    Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente

    unico piccolo episodio: ho prenotato l'albergo con la Poste Pay con un mese di anticipo. Al momento in cui ho lasciato la camera pensavo che venisse prelevalo il denaro da quella, ed invece mi è stato detto che serve solo come garanzia. Tenuto conto che la poste Pay vieni caricata di denaro solamente quando serve..... Comunque si è risolto senza problemi Grazie.

    "Turin ist eine Reise wert! Es war einmalig schön, vor allem, weil das Wetter so toll war." (107858784)

    Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in diesem Hotel ist o.k. Vor Allem die unmittelbare Nähe zum Bahnhof - wenn man mit dem Zug anreist- ist absolut positiv. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das dem Hotel zugehörige Restaurant ist sehr empfehlenswert. Vom Frühstück ist die Kaffeeauswahl das Beste.

    Die zum Frühstück gereichten Bröötchen sind fast unzumutbar. Im Kleiderschrank sollten ein paar Ablegeböden sein.

    Ampiezza della stanza. Troppo piccola per due persone. Praticamente impossibile muoversi.

    Hotel in posizione centrale e vicino ai principali collegamenti: ferrovia ed autobus. Prezzi competitivi, pulizia e professionalità.

    E' la seconda volta che soggiorno in questo albergo, e non ho riscontrati elementi negativi degni di nota.

    "We would stay again as we found the hotel so clean and comfortable, but would appreciate a late evening tea or coffee, or facilities in the room to make tea.The morning receptionists were very pleasant and helpful.Very convenient for city centre and hte railway station." (107630475)

    Very clean,very comfortable, staff very helpful in dining room and cleaning staff exceptionally helpful. Prices very reasonable

    Room very dark,breakfast rolls not fresh everyday. Young girl on reception on afternoon used unacceptable language when she spilt coffee on the bar, also had a very 'offhand' manner. No coffee available in the late evening as we had had on a previous visit.

    Hotel centrally located to all major sights of Torino and the rates very reasonable. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The included buffet breakfast was better than expected with plentiful choices.

    Pulizia, cordialità ed efficienza. Struttura recentemente ristrutturata. ottima posizione.

    La camera separata da una porta di legno interna dalla camera adiacente e il grande rumore proveniente dai vicini che hanno fatto chiasso fino a tarda serata impedendo il nostro riposo. La privacy limitata, visto che nella porta sopracitata la serratura ha un foro dal quale si poteva vedere tutto e che abbiamo provveduto a tappare con dei fazzoletti di carta.

    "A comfortable hotel conveniently situated in a quiet street near the station (Porta Nuova) and the city centre. Cosy room, good breakfast buffet. The staff were all friendly and helpful, but the reception area was sometimes under-staffed. On one occasion, just one person was available to check guests in, deal with enquiries and serve drinks in the bar. However, a very enjoyable stay overall." (107481734)
