    personale gentile e pronto ad aiutare; vista sul lago; parcheggio; 1h di internet gratis

    una presa di corrente sul lato dello scrittoio sarebbe stata utile; qualche problema nel ritrovare la prenotazione durante il check-in; piccoli problemi con la chiave della stanza (risolti prontamente); poter usufruire della connessione a internet gratuita e illimitata sarebbe di grande beneficio.

    Very clean and big room. Lovely view. Dinner was great. Loved the pool.

    The breakfast buffet wasn't replenished fast enough, especially the drinks, like water, needed more refilling. Staff wasn't always on hand when needed (at breakfast and after the wedding dinner).

    "My fiance and I enjoyed our stay at the Conca Azzurra hotel and would stay there again. The spa and pool facilities made up for the fact that the hotel is a taxi drive rather than a walk into the centre of Angera." (107737928)

    Food was excellent, staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were adequate. The spa and pool were great, the emotional shower was the topic of the night with friends staying at other hotels in the area.

    The bathroom in our room needs some attention, in particular the shower could do with being a little higher. Also, the shower screen did not prevent water from leaking onto the floor, this may cause a severe accident if not resolved in the near future. The tennis court floor could also do with a makeover.

    "I would have liked to have known that I need to book a table for dinner and that no priority is given to hotel guests. All restaurants in area also had to be booked well in advance. The hotel was difficult to find. It was always a struggle to find parking. Poor breakfast. Staff were friendly and efficient. The pool and view were great.     Had to book table for dinner in advance several days before arrival, without having been given prior notice. Breakfast was very poor. The choices were extremely limited, the bread was stale(at least 3 days), only "imitation" ham, stale salami or tomato slices which were overripe, (some were actually off) were served. Tinned fruit, with only 3 cereals, 2 of which were glued fast to the plastic containers, were served.

    "when we got to the hotel, it was a very warm day, the air conditioning in the room was turned off, it made it very uncomfortable at first...it took all day to cool down...the pool and grounds were beautiful and we enjoyed being with family and friends." (107907328)

    the grounds are beautiful, the staff is friendly and helpful, the spa is good.

    Excellent WiFi connection even though it is not free. Lovely views over the lake. Rural location so quiet and peaceful.

    The air-conditioning system was rather noisy and not very efficient.

    "When booking from the internet this hotel is punching well above its weight. the stay cost over £400 for three nights I have stayed in better quality hotels in Italy for £50 per night." (107622618)

    Restaurant food in the evening was excellent. Location was good.

    Hotel was tired and very 1970's Quality of breakfast was poor, in room facilities were poor, strangely staff were not uniformed during daytime but the same staffwere immaculately uniformed and presented excellent service in the restaurant in the evening.
