  "Pleasant stay at the end of a fortnight's holiday. Highlight of hotel was definitely hotel staffs warmth and willingness to help despite our inabiity to speak Italian. Convenient to airport for early flight & breakfast was available early at our request. Good locality in terms of locel restaurant for dinner and shopping centre within walking distance for last minute gifts." (99703645)

  Welcome of staff member and their willingness to be very helpful and accommadating. Cleanliness of bedrooms, foyer,dining room.

  Outside, the hotel grounds were overgrown, so much so that when we arrived, 2.45pm., When we pulled in to the car park in front , we thought the hotel might be closed down. However once we opened the door & went in we realised this was not so & got a warm welcome.

  mats on the floor and no tea making facilities in room, no english speaking staff

  "Overall, the cleanliness and service of the hotel was satisfactory, very enjoyable stay. Weekend not bad at all." (99335445)

  It was on a handy bus route and and a few mins from the airport.

  Communication with the staff proved dificult as only one staff member spoke English. As a result of the shift rotation there was not always a staff member to communicate with.

  "The manager personally saw to it that we had what we needed, helped us to get a bus into town however we decided to have a drink around the corner. we came back to the hotel then later wanted a meal the manager again saw to it and recomended degli spaggetti restaurant where we had a fantastic time. we had a good night sleep in a comfortable bed and in the morning woke early to go for breakfast which had been opened early for us and several other guests as we had flights to catch all that and the manager rang and ordered a taxi for us as well. Highly recomended. arrived sat Departed sun new years eve" (99959810)

  A warm welcome, nothing was too much trouble,jeccussi was a nice touch, the room was warm , accomodating and clean ,staff freindly and very helpfull.

  It was close to the airport,a nice quiet clean room, good bathroom and excellent breakfast
