  "A good hotel in good location, shame the local population have such a taste for car crime. If I hadn't vowed never to return to Italy then I would stay in this hotel again." (107720723)

  They helped us patch our car up that was broken into at nearby station. Also allowed use of the secure carpark. The staff on reception were very helpful and even allowed us to call our insurance company back in UK.

  Food was not the best and overpriced.

  "The distance from then town centre.....although the hotel did offer a shuttle bus service into the town centre, travelling by metro and bus from the town centre took roughly an hour." (97078099)

  The rooms were spotless, the buffet breakfast was varied and tasteful, internet broadband was available free of charge in the hotel lobby. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Being a non-Italian speaker it was comforting to know the staff spoke impeccable English.

  No smoking-even in the room. Ireland is also a no smoking in public location which permits smoking in hotel rooms. The price of drinks-alcoholic, coffee and soda- and food in the hotel was expensive and cost more than in inner city restaurant and cafe locations. Reception staff were efficent however checking in and checking out was timely. However please note again that the reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

  The cleaness of the hotel, the room was comfortable. Everything was fine.

  It was a little far from the center, but because we had a car we did't faced any problem.

  "That this hotel is not ideal for visitors to Rome. Only to those for business confrences etc. The transportion via Metro and Bus was not ideal. The busese at night are extremly scary!!! DO not ride them. We called the Hotel inside the bus because the stops were not well light and the receptionist could not tell us where to stop at." (99032519)

  The hotel was hard to find - do not listen to advise on taking Metro and Bus - go right to a cab the directions were unclear and the Metro and Bus situation was unsafe at night. Not to mention that the bus stops are not lite well and you are not sure when to exit the bus

  clean. porter was excellent and easygoing

  minibar not working but refund on drinks was given. not enough staff at the checkin we waited half an hour to check in.

  The TV location was inadequated once it was only possible to see it from one bed and the room had 3 beds
