  "I will be certain to stay here again on my next week in Venice" (107904230)

  Excellent location, easy to find, super-helpful staff

  The only bad point during my 5 nigh tstay was that the breakfast coffee was awful. I would guess that a lot of Americans stay as it was watery and absolutely tasteless (the so-called "American coffee"), certainly no Italian coffee on offer; which was a pity.

  Venice was fantastic and the staff at the hotel were fantastic

  Three of the party were over 75 and my mother had ahip replacement a while ago, we were all on the top floor and had three steep flights of stairs to climb, this caused a bit of distress.
